Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below:

• "vip3k" or "Platform" — The vip3k.cam website, including all its sub-pages, services, and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on vip3k or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile through which all services are accessed.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, welcome bonus, or cashback provided by vip3k.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

In this document, plural terms also include the singular and vice versa.

Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the vip3k platform, the user acknowledges the following:

• You have read and understood the full content of these terms and conditions.
• You accept these terms as a legally binding agreement.
• You agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
• You are prepared to personally bear all legal responsibilities arising from your use of the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 years or older may create an account and use services on vip3k. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. vip3k may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until proof is provided.

3.2 Geographic Location

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that using this type of service from their location does not violate their own local laws.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4.1 Required Information

• Full name (as shown on national ID).
• Active mobile number and email address.
• Date of birth (to verify age of 21+).
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Users must verify their identity before any withdrawal request or when required by vip3k. This may require submitting a copy of a national ID, passport, or driving licence.

4.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The currently supported payment methods on vip3k are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.3 Verification Requirements

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

5.4 Fund Forfeiture Conditions

vip3k reserves the right to forfeit funds in a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity or provision of false information.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Violation of bonus terms or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of a third-party payment account.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback benefits are available across vip3k's three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

6.4 General Bonus Terms

• vip3k reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or bonus hunting is found, the account will be closed.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period and terms — please read the full terms of a promotion before participating.
• One promotion cannot be used in combination with another unless specifically stated otherwise.

Gaming Rules

All games on the vip3k platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

7.1 Technical Errors

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded. Claims for winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

7.2 Connection Issues

vip3k will not be held responsible for losses on active wagers caused by internet disconnection or device failure. It is the player's own responsibility to ensure the reliability of their connection.

7.3 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, please read the applicable rules for each wager carefully. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or walkover, vip3k will determine the outcome in accordance with its own rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip3k platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes by unlawful means.
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Using another user's account or renting out your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting unauthorised access to vip3k systems or hacking.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other players.
• Operating more than one account.
• Placing bets systematically with the intent to exploit any bonus benefit.

If any of the above activities are detected, vip3k may close the account and forfeit the associated funds without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

13.2 User Rights

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting our support. Any verified balance (excluding active bonuses) may be withdrawn before closure.

Changes & Amendments

vip3k reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or platform notifications.
